Sounddesign for Raimund Hoghe “la valse”

Audio

Silas Bieri has been working with the German choreographer Raimund Hoghe in Centre Pompidou in Paris, consulting the audio creation of the piece “La Valse”. The piece is centered around different historic situations of migration in Europe and music is the major dramaturgical element in the show. Under the direction of Raimund Hoghe, Silas researched and edited the often historic recordings of valses and produced the soundtrack for the piece. In the same time he engineered the sound for the premiere week at Centre Pompidou.

Silas has been working with Raimund Hoghe for over 15 years.
