The so called Vagnhallen in Kirseberg Malmö is a large industrial hall of about 22’000m2 in total which in the near future will be integrated in to the new built city area.
It can be used for large scale events. The below listed rental conditions might change as the area is under constant development.
To date (01/06/2024) the hall can be rented under the following conditions:
Cost per event day (inclusive half day rigging and half day rigging down) is 150’000SEK excl. moms.
Cost for additional event day is 40’000SEK
Cost for additional rigging day is 20’000SEK excl moms
Cost for additional delivery-day is 5000SEK exclusive moms
Included for every event day is:
- Half a day for load in rigging up on the calendar day prior to the event.
- Half a day for rigging down and load out on the calendar day after the event.
- Toilets inside the hall for ca 500 people
- Power 4 x 3 phases with 500A each – On connectors Cee63 (50A), Cee32 (25A), Cee 16 (16A)
- Fire safety allowance for up to 800 people
- Additional fire investigation may be required depending on the construction and type of event
- Cleaning prior and after the event
- Parking Facilities
Not included but must be provided by in-discourse AB:
- fire safety investigation
- on site coordination staff prior and during the event 1000SEK/h
- on site technical coordination for all infrastructure, rigging, electricity, staging, transportation
- catering services, to be provided by our partner Matverkstaden
- technical services, to be provided by our partner eurosound.se – Eurosound
